WebProjected Heal isn't that strong. It's a mediocre heal, yes it's reasonably quick but once you know they have it, it's not a big problem to punish. People rarely complain about Bountiful Sunlight which is much more powerful. It is not punishable at the start, offers big regen and encourages extreme passivity.
